Holiday Hangover

The Christmas holiday is officially over. Back to work friends!

I am still having a hard time waking up earlier than 11 AM. And needless to say, sleeping before 12 MN. I get sleepy around 3 AM onwards. This morning I slept around 5 AM. So while waiting for the sleeping bug to bit I just treat myself to rounds of Literati games. It’s so addictive.

So well, am not gonna talk about what happened during the holidays cos it’s already over (hahahaha). Instead am going to share my only new year’s resolution, i.e., “NOT TO CHAT WITH JERKS anymore!” I’ve been accommodating for the past three years and (Thank God!) finally I realized that they only make me sick.

The year 2007 has started on the right foot. Traffic is back to normal. My parents are back to their farm and am now alone again (Yipeee!) in their city house. I am really enjoying the single life. I can go home anytime, clean whenever and organize my things if I only feel like it.

Last night I got a double dose of pleasant surprises. First, I received a Mary Kay gift from my friend Sofia and a friend (we’re like sisters) who’s based in Italy called to inform that she’s here in Manila for a vacation. So that means I have a “pasalubong”(it’s a Filipino thing)!!!!!!!

The first week of work for this brand new year is almost done. I survived the 130 PM to 930 PM (read: punctual) shift. Am looking forward to a relaxing weekend probably malling and shopping (!). Hahahaha. The latter is wishful thinking.
